My Journey

My journey didn’t start with confidence.
It started with the feeling that I was never enough..

From a very young age, I carried a deep sense of shame and a sense of not belonging.

 

At just two years old, I went through a serious illness that left a lasting impact on my development. I had to relearn how to walk, and I struggled with balance, coordination, and focus -from that point on. I always felt different.

 

Growing up, I lived in the shadow of a highly talented older sibling.
In a family full of artists, I constantly felt like I didn’t measure up.

 

Even later in life, after moving to Australia, building skills, creating art, and winning awards, that feeling never truly left me.

No matter what I achieved, I still felt small.
I couldn’t fully understand my own worth.

 

And that’s where everything changed.

 

Through a long and often difficult journey, I began to understand myself on a deeper level, not just mentally, but emotionally and energetically.

I didn’t just learn techniques.
I learned how to reconnect with myself.

 

Today, I stand in a completely different place.
With clarity. With confidence. With self-trust.

 

And this is why I do this work.

Because I know how heavy it is to carry those feelings.
And I also know that it’s possible to move beyond them.

Today, through Rooted Worth, I offer life coaching on the Sunshine Coast for people seeking clarity, self-worth, confidence, and emotional healing.

Rooted Worth combines supportive life coaching with deeper reflective tools designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and move forward with clarity.

Depending on the individual, sessions may also include NLP-based techniques, hypnotherapy, breathwork, sound healing, and colour awareness work.

This approach is tailored to support emotional awareness, self-worth, personal growth, and lasting change.
